  Bill Dickason`s group of family owned dealerships expanded from a single point in 2001 into five stores throughout Texas. Winning the President`s club for 9 consecutive years is a testament to our entire team`s stellar customer service.   Erica is from Victoria, Texas but grew up in the Houston area. She attended Texas Tech University and received her BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas in Arlington. Erica's first job in the auto industry was working for Southwest Kia and since then she has been fortunate to have opportunities in sales, finance, and management. She is actively involved in philanthropy with the Dallas art community and has a background in education. Her number one priority is her daughter, but her biggest weakness is her addiction to board games. Erica continues to paint, but her creativity has found outlets in helping to find new ways to further community involvement from the bounds of the auto industry.

  Edwin is from Luquillo, Puerto Rico and has been in the auto industry for twelve years. He enjoys spending time with his growing family. Edwin's work ethic catapulted him into Southwest Kia's management team at a very young age. He was made general manager of the Dallas location at age 24. Edwin's interests lie in fitness and nutrition, but apparently he has quite the green thumb. Gardening and landscaping are a source of relaxation for him; it's a place where he can truly measure the fruits of his work.

  Cecil Cain has been working for Southwest Kia for around ten years. Since selling cars on our showroom floor as a new grandfather ten years ago, Cecil has achieved great success in his tenure at Southwest Dealer Group. His work ethic when paired with his devotion to the local church and community make him a great asset to the executive team of Southwest Kia Dallas. Little known fact: Cecil has lived all over the United States, and came to Texas after pursuing his musical career in New York.

    Sales Manager - I-20 at Hampton

  Amer is from Jerusalem. He is a huge fan of Manchester United, Twitter, and a connoisseur of unforgettable, really, truly, unique change-your-life hats. Born and raised on the showroom floor at the Hampton store, Amer's first job in the United States was working for Southwest Kia. He is now core member of our eclectic Dallas executive team.

  James Seale is from Joshua, Texas. He has been part of Southwest Dealer Group for over five years and has over two decades of experience selling and servicing automobiles. In his four years of marriage James has been blessed with four wonderful kids. James loves the outdoors and is currently learning to water ski. Most of all, he enjoys being a dad!   Robert is from Grand Prairie, Texas. Hunting and fishing are some of his favorite pastimes. Robert has been with our company for eight years and has over fifteen years of experience in the auto industry. Always the philanthropist and animal lover, he donates what he doesn't lose at Choctaw Casino to the SPCA.

    Assistant Sales Manager - Mesquite

  Kelsy was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas. He enjoys fishing, racquetball, and game night with his family. Music is an integral part of Kelsy's life as well; among his many talents he is happiest behind the set of drums at his church.

  • Steve Dodge

    General Manager - Rockwall

  Steve is from St. Johnsbury, Vermont. He enjoys reading, football, and golf but his number one source of enjoyment is family time. Steve has twenty one years of experience in the auto industry and has been with Southwest Dealer Group for four of those years. He studied business management at the Northwood Institute. Steve is an avid collector of sports memorabilia. His most prized possession: his Dale Earnhardt collection.

  • Mitch Vattang

    Sales Manager - Rockwall

  Mitch has been with Southwest Dealer Group for eight years. He came to the United States at age 28 knowing very little English and washed cars for a small dealer in Mesquite. Learning a new language was difficult for him, but once he overcame that initial barrier he was given an opportunity to work in sales. He fine tuned his customer service skills and came to work for Southwest Kia in 2003. Mitch was promoted quickly to sales manager at the Rockwall location where he works today. He is a true picture of the fruits of hard work and we congratulate him on his success.

  Meet Ju Ju, who rules Southwest Kia with an iron fist. Nothing less than perfection is acceptable to this tiny bundle of fury. You won't like him when he's angry! Only the finest cuts of steak are acceptable to this furry little beast.
