Beginning tonight we will be interviewing every evening from 6-7pm at our Mesquite Showroom for ALL locations until we are fully staffed. Kia experienced great growth in 2011, and we are already seeing dramatic increases in service and showroom traffic now in 2012. Product Specialist/Brand Reps:

If you are still seeking postgraduate employment we are looking for business-minded, outgoing, and hardworking men and women to represent the Kia brand and work in conjunction with our growing sales and management team.  We are looking for individuals that are ready to greet and accommodate the needs of our customers as well as use internet leads and social media to help us continue to generate and support our rapidly increasing customer traffic. This is a  sales-driven position with opportunity to move into management & finance. Our organization promotes aggressively from within! Training will be provided.

COMPENSATION
*Non-commission
*$2,500 base salary plus generous monthly bonuses
*Performance-based raises
*first year reps should expect to make $40-50k annually
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*College degree in related field
*Valid drivers license
*Must be able to work 40-45 hours a week
*evening and weekend availability
*Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry a plus
*Must be comfortable interfacing with the public, friendly, motivated, and eager to learn
